Refund and Cancellation Policy

Consulting services, audits, and custom training development may require deposits or retainers.

Due to scheduling and preparation costs:

• Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Scheduled services canceled within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.
• Digital products, downloadable materials, and completed consulting services are generally non-refundable.

Safety Specific reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
